These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taebo Reboot website, game, and related applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility.

Taebo Reboot is intended for users aged 10 and above.

By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. License and access.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Taebo Reboot.

3. User responsibilities.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.
• Circumvent security features or interfere with network operations.
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts, cheats) to gain advantage.
• Harass, exploit, or harm other users.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Health and safety.

Taebo Reboot involves physical activity.

Before starting any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have medical conditions or concerns.

Ensure that you have adequate space and remove obstacles before playing.

We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from misuse or unsafe environments.

5. Purchases and refunds.

All purchases, subscriptions, or downloadable content related to Taebo Reboot are processed by authorized third-party platforms (for example, VR app stores).

Payments, billing, and refund requests are subject to those platforms’ terms and policies.

Taebo Reboot does not directly handle financial data from users.

6. Intellectual property.

All trademarks, logos, audiovisual content, and software forming part of the Service are owned or licensed by Taebo Reboot and protected by international intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taebo Reboot, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the Service within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, content, or availability.

Such modifications will not entitle users to any compensation.

11. Updates to these terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or business operations.

Material updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Users outside Canada agree that any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Montréal, Québec, Canada.

13. International compliance.

Taebo Reboot complies with applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws in the regions where the Service is offered, including the GDPR (EU/EEA), PIPEDA (Canada), and CCPA (United States).

Where local laws grant mandatory rights to consumers, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
